My family originated from Colombia and food is a way of life. I have created this recipe book to make a pizza braid in Spanish. I wanted to make a realistic interpretation of the ingredients and cooking process. I started by photographing every step of the process. Then I created my own illustration using the photographs as reference. The purpose is to create an accurate understanding for my audience of the steps. I used the same bird-eye and side view perspective throughout the design to create consistency.
